Happy weekend! The possibilities of different pizza topping combinations out there are endless. I think someone should try creating a new pizza every day for a lifetime! Last week, I brushed plain Trader Joe’s pizza dough with olive oil, then proceeded to pile on sliced nectarines, gorgonzola cheese, fresh parsley (added on after cooking), chopped onions, salt, and pepper. It resulted in divine, exquisite–but at the same time light–cheesy bread pizza. The ingredients were based on on this recipe from Nutmeg Nanny, and I discovered it on foodgawker!
