Relentless Church Pastor John Gray and his wife, Aventer, posted a photo of an empty hospital bed, saying, "The devil wanted me to die in this bed."

"Because of God, this bed is now a testimony," his post reads.
Gray had been admitted to a hospital in Alabama on July 7, according to previous posts, and was in a critical care unit because of a Saddle Pulmonary Embolism in the pulmonary artery and more lung blood clots.
Last week, family spokeswoman Anne Torres released a statement that said John Gray had been moved from Alabama to Atlanta for treatment.
On Thursday evening, Aventer Gray posted on Facebook that "We are stable today, moving in the right direction." See video above posted on July 15.
Torres confirmed Gray has been released from the hospital, but no other information was immediately available.
